Can I make changes to my order before it ships?

Unfortunately, we can't make changes or cancel an order after it's been
successfully submitted.
An item may only be cancelled if it was pre-ordered. If you would like to cancel a
pre-ordered item, shoot an email to hello@chinelles.com stating your order
number and we'll handle the rest for you.

Will I be charged right away after I place my order?

Yes, your card will be charged right away. For security reasons, we don't store
payment information.

Why is my payment not going through?

Please double check to ensure you’ve correctly entered the correct billing
address associated with the credit card.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! Please see our shipping policy for more details.

Do you offer returns on international orders?

Yes, international orders can be shipped back. However, all costs associated
with the return will be borne by the customer.

My order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?

We’re sorry to hear that. Our shipping carriers work independently from us but we
can offer few solutions:
If the tracking hasn’t been updated in an unusually long time or if it was never
updated since the label was created, chances are it was lost in transit. Please
send an email to hello@chinelles.com so we can help you look into it.
If the shipping address was a temporary location, we do not assume
responsibility if the recipient is no longer at that address upon delivery within the
projected shipping timeline.

My package arrived damaged. What should I do?

That’s unfortunate! Please send us a photo of the damaged item and we will
investigate and find a solution for you.

How can I get discount code?

If you’re a first time shopper, please sign up for our newsletter and we’ll give you a
discount code in return.

Can I use my discount code during sale?

Our discount code can’t be combined with other discount promotions including sales.

Why isn’t my discount code working?

It may be because our discount codes cannot be combined with other offers or
promotions.
